Now that is clear that J6P is not paying taxes to "help" Brazil, we can proceed.
I think not only C, which, by the way was saved by Saudi Prince Al-Waleed in the late 80's, which should be let sink.

Brazil should be taught a lesson too! Same lesson as Argentina.

The US which US holds 17% of the votes and 17% of the money. The remaining 83% is spread among 184 countries. So the US holds the upper hand in the decisions of whom is bailed and who should fail. Argentina was let sink because it harmed most Spain and not the US. Brazil is another story.

Brazil should be taught a lesson to do real reforms and not just make up. But we know that JPM and C today as Chase Manhattan an C in the late 80's are the reason why the US bails Brazil out.
