I like the chart that shows the market rising for a day or 2 after Abby J Cohen speaks .....

and then tanking after that, lol.

The bubble is unwinding ....

I guess the last issue to debate is "When did the bubble begin ?"

I say it was Oct 1998 (when the slope of the NASDAQ was insane). Others say it was 1995 when the slope of the NASDAQ became higher than the long term trendline.

Valuations are high, but interest rates and unemployment are low (but for how long ? <gulp>). The market indicies are back to their long term trend line. The investing public despises Wall Street. The bear market is 28 months old.
