You meen that culture Motorola,etc brought into Yurope, now just a wet spot on the
accounting papers of them all.

This was obviously a Nokia responce on a very weird question on when Nokia would subsidize
handsets to some specific operators.

That too, a very old thing, also like Motorola and some others, some even start their
own operators to do their tricks.

Must be a question of that accounting and scam history, more complex than regular snake oil.
