POSTED: 11:50 p.m. EDT August 30, 2002

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Third-string quarterback Craig Nall may have solidified a roster spot by leading the Green Bay Packers on three second-half scoring drives Friday night as the Pack beat the Tennessee Titans 21-20 in their final preseason game.

Billy Volek threw a 13-yard touchdown pass to Eddie Berlin with eight seconds left in the game to pull the Titans to within a point. But a two-point conversion failed when the ball went off the hands of Berlin wide open in the end zone.

For the Packers, Nall completed 12 of 19 passes for 182 yards.

He's a fifth-round pick from Northwestern Louisiana State who had been erratic all preseason.
