Hi SusieQ,
Is Optioninvestor a free service? I subscribe to Schaeffer's Option Advisor as it is reasonably priced and has also made some Good calls. Dec Puts look pretty good here if we do get a retrace going into September. Schaeffer's has a reco to Sell the 82 Puts last week and I am wondering when they are going to cover it. I think that this last Rally was anticipated but not sure how high it is expected to go. The goal of the FOMC with a rate cut here might be to get the market as high as it can Before Sept 11th so that we would not create an even lower low but might find support at 7500 again. I have heard a lot of talk about the market retesting that bottom again before October anyway.

On the Ihub board we usually work with the current months contracts on the DJX as they can have very good percentage movements with short term moves. Most of what we look at are the short term moves in the market so any predictions beyond a week I am not very good at. I think that Bernard, Alexed and Steve on the board have very good long term instincts though. Stop by the board over there sometime and offer your opinion. I usually do not spend any time on SI other than to look over a few of the Good boards on the weekend. I see that at least SI finally removed the annoying PopUp ads. Good Luck on the Dec Puts Susie! I am actually still holding some Aug Puts, Ugh. I am Really Hoping for a pullback this week. At least with the longer term contracts you have plenty of time.
Good Luck SusieQ! Sincerely, Bob :^)
