Dennis, when did they add the C, they used to go under IMG when I was still following them, so apparently they are still independent (and I confirmed that separately, the PA is a;lso an error, mst of their operations are in northern NY, as far as I understand), they were not swallowed as of this time. By the way The Oxford company is called Oxford Instruments ( a ot of their business is non SC).
