EPC denies Thien link in CDMA bid Komsan Tortermvasana EPC Solution, a Thai telecom company which teamed up with Lucent Technologies to bid for the 15-billion-baht CDMA extension contract, denies having business ties with Thien Pativejvong, the owner of SBP Holding which failed in an earlier attempt to get the mobile-phone network off the ground.
