All the names ring a bell, John - thanks for the answer.

So - it's BC before you could log in again. Darn, I thought it would be simple, switching cruise control on when getting out of Winnipeg, stretching your legs, logging on ...

I definitely will do it some time. My only problem is my wife hates me driving (g). But few weeks of being together on #1 can get us to an altogether higher level I guess.

judging by the roadkill seems like the 18-wheelers win

estimates of roadkill in the US range from 360 million to 500 million animals yearly. the 51st state is not even included in those estimates.
over 2 million whitetail deer plowed down yearly. that's 4 times the entire US deer population existing when the first Model T's rolled off the line.
happy travels.

Hi John,

That's a great trip. I did it last year with the family by train (two rooms no less) using accumulated travel points, but only as far as Calgary. Rented a car to cruise the Rockies though and the glacier. Hope you stopped there..

We almost got taken out by a moose a few years back in New Brunswick.

nd the market's barely moved. Just back from some camping and noticed same.
I guess that's good :o)

regards
Kastel
