Clark, thanks for picking up on this. Clearly, this isn't a Qualcomm or CDMA only issue - the GSM'ers certainly do all the same things - some of their VF deals were straight out of the Boston Market playbook. ERICY being a fine example of the end result. Since I haven't owned ERICY for years, not a single tear shed. It's a quality of earnings issue. I don't recall MSFT ever having to buy customers - they tortured them instead. Anyway, glad to see you are thinking about this issue.
