Bad news for Microsoft. This will probably pass, then watch out for the rest of the states save WA.

With the latest draconian licensing changes from MSFT in the depressed economy Linux is becoming more and more appealing to IT managers. Now states are getting into action.

At $52 I posted that MSFT was my favorite short. At $48 it still is. MSFT Jan 2005 puts are horrendously expensive, but they are worth every penny, IMVHO.
