There are a lot of numbers banded about on ww2 losses. One (BBC) has the Russians losing "only" 70 thousand at the Battle of Berlin. The propaganda of various nations mixed the numbers up a little. I thinks it's worthwhile comparing each countries numbers and material, not just USA sources.

Here is a site I use as current estimations
ww2bodycount.netfirms.com

A Ukrainian source on lend lease
infoukes.com

same source on losses.
