Well only obviously if you make 5 year projections that say EMC's market will grow faster, and then accept those projections as facts. I don't agree with your forecasts, so I don't agree with your conclusion.

Then what facts or forecasts are you using to arrive at your conclusions?

The numbers I am using are based on IDC and Gartner numbers which are in a bit of a flux right now because of the continued erratic growth in capital spending. Still, both research houses continue to assume that storage market will continue to grow faster than the server market. Obviously if the storage market is going to grow faster than the server market then EMC's earnings power will be more valuable than Sun's earnings power especially since Sun's storage biz practically collapsed last year and its bread and butter Unix server biz is under heavy seige from all directions by the Linux mainframe, Wintel and Linux on Intel.
