Ten, a study was done I think in the late 80's that concluded when a neighborhood or apt. complex is around 35% minority and 65% white....I can't remember the exact number......the whites in the neighborhood or complex perceive themselves to be a minority. So I guess the guy knew what he was talking about when he said things have to be blended..........sad but probably true. BTW, extremely coicidental that shortly after you visit, your friend has trouble....you weren't out there agitating, were you? ted
