Oh, no, I didn't think JC was criticizing self-help. I agreed with what both of you posted--that we shouldn't be surprised when what we tell people gets around. I just posted what came to mind when I read what he posted, an extension, not a contradiction of his point. When I previewed it, I realized that it might look just like what he was complaining about in the latter part of this post.

Going swimming now before the UV and air quality get prohibitive.
