Mornin, Jackass..... Hope you had a great weekend, I got a lot of motorcycling in...a perfect weekend. Biz notes... I have been getting an unusual number of leads and referrals lately, very nice big jobs, too. People seem to be sinking a lot of money back into their properties. Also had a conversation with a first year real estate agent, said he has made over $150k his first year as an agent....sounds very reminiscent of the .com bubble stories from a couple of years back. I think the low interest rates are making it very easy to overbuy and when rates begin to rise again, it may be very tough to resell at anywhere near the hoped price...we'll see won't we?
