(Nasdaq:SSPX), today announced it has received an order for Argus 2500 FORTEZZA(R)-ready PC Card Reader/Writer and driver software to be integrated with Technology Distribution Network's (TDN) desktop PCs for the Air National Guard. The contract award to TDN is the result of joint efforts by SSP-Litronic and TDN. TDN will custom build 650 PCs for delivery, by September, to 93 Air National Guard bases in all 50 states as part of the National Guard Bureau's Security Forces Information Management System. The announcement was made at TDN's manufacturing facility in Buffalo, N.Y. U.S. Rep. Louise Slaughter (D-NY), who toured the plant as the first shipment was dispatched, attended the announcement. The National Guard order represents a new "win" for the TDN products and is based on the use of SSP-Litronic components in the products being delivered.
