Under these supposition, which you must admit are the worst case for Saddam, assume he has nuclear weapons and Israel cannot neutralize them; do you think that the Israelis would kneel for Saddam?

If Saddam had nukes and Israel didn't, then Israel would be frantically looking for diplomatic protection. If it couldn't "borrow a gun", then it would be in trouble. At that point it's only protection from nukes would be its small size and the fact that no Muslim wants to irradiate the Dome of the Rock. Israel might decide to go down fighting, but the existence of nukes on the Arab side only, which is what we're supposing, would cause every other Arab state to believe that victory was a sure thing and to climb onto the bandwagon and go in for the kill.
