No, we are attacking (if we do) because we don't WANT him to have WMD. We can manage a war against Iraq at this time because he has limited WMD and he doesn't have delivery systems. But he is attempting to get larger scale WMD AND delivery systems. Once he has them, the war will not be so bloodless.

This is not a difficult concept to understand.
