That would probably depend on what the other people call harassment and blackmail, and if what they do about what they perceive to BE harassment and blackmail actually "appears" worse than the initial "offense". IMO I've seen things that look like emotional blackmail coming from some very interesting people. I've found out that some people have shared some very interesting personal information. Not that I find such things unexpected- but considering the public stances of some people, it is interesting. :-) wink wink bit of a nudge cheers
