With that lesson learned, I was able to get out of this latest pump and dump on the right side. I just followed, to the best I could, what Needham was doing. Another poster on Yahoo did the same as a day trader and made out OK as well. Face it, the company was like a sieve when it came to leaking info. I originally wanted to buy again when the secondary settled, but the deep discount from the highs worried me, as well as the fact that I had seen Needham doing a lot of selling between the peak and the secondary price. Having a body on SWTX's BOD was always a point of contention for me, and I asked as much during a CC where Herr Hood gruffly deflected my question, as he did on another CC call when I asked for the terms of the disgraced CFO to be disclosed. After my uneasiness caused me to no buy at $4.50, I was waiting for $3.75 as where I would start to buy. Luck had me miss buying on July 25 (though I cursed myself at the time for missing) and luckily the price came close, but never at my bid over the next few days. Then I started hearing rumors that a multi-million $ law suit had been filed against SWTX, but not disclosed by the company during the dog and pony leading up to the secondary. That's the only reason I stopped leaving a resting set of bids at 3.75 and below, which would have been a disaster on Aug 7. When I saw the news of the lay-offs, I pulled my resting bid at $3 as well (thank you lord!!) Now I don't know where I see this as being attractive. I would not rule out the possibilty of some sort of shareholder suit from those poor souls who bought the secondary under dubious, at best, pretenses and info. The key to the future, IMO, lies with SWTX getting rid of Herr Hood. Remove the stench that he brings to the table, and the street might look at the fundamentals without having to worry about unwelcome surprises. If Herr Hood remains, so does the stench and the cloud over this company. I'll continue to lurk here. I'm sure Herr Hood would want this board closed too if the rhetoric starts to question his 'integrity'? Good luck all, RK
