Certainly with friend fundamentalist theologian Ashcroft in the lead seat on these issues. Don't think for a minute that Mr. Ashcroft speaks for the entire conservative, or semi-conservative, mind, John. If you look up his particular religion, you will see there are only 600,000 worldwide members. Less than a medium city in the US. (religion.com makes it easy) It is one thing to be critical of an Administration or member of it, but entirely another to be totally disrespectful of the office. Unless, of course, the person has truly earned the criticism....i.e. Traficant, or Adam Clayton Powell Sr years ago, Agnew, etc etc. Mr. Clinton certainly has his own set of problems as well, but the thinking person didn't cleverly mention he was mentally ill.
