Well, not exactly. They have the The New Zealand Constitution Act 1852 upon which they based their current government. But that was passed in the English Parliament, not their own.

There are calls to scrap that Act and create a new independent constitution.

But if suffices to say that it is STILL a constitution which all side adher to and respect with regard to settling political and economic differences.
