Is there anyone out there willing to give the thread some TA for September 11? Less then a month away, anyone planning for it yet?

My take... the eleventh falls on a Wednesday, massive sell-off at Monday's close followed by a flat with lower than normal volume on Tuesday - another sell off first thing Wednesday morning... This is where I'll start buying on weakness - I'll load up on some of my favourite techs - and I'll hold for about a month to enjoy our belated summer rally.

No?

Regards,
Frank P.

Frank. Sounds like a good idea.

OTOH, not sure one wouldn't receive a similar experience whether at the dentist or monitoring the market.

Mr Market D.D.S.: Bear Markets specialty - root canals without anesthesia for folks taking too much risk in the wrong stocks or sectors.

Other than PM stocks, a few good shorts and a ton of cash, not much else has worked this year (except for doing a ST trade now and then and watching it very closely).
