What law would you have used to hang bin Laden, or would you have bypassed the law, ignored due process completely and simply fried him?

There was plenty of evidence that bin Laden had been involved in terrorist acts against the United States.

There wasn't evidence....just accusations and hearsay. I don't even think he claimed responsibility for any of it until 9/11.
