I am not up-to-speed on the goings on re: the Bhopal plant in India, and the use of "Nim". If you can provide a link I'd be happy to learn more about it however.

Privatization of the "global commons" is going to be an interesting debate to watch over the next decade. Particularly where battle lines are drawn between indigenous peoples and global corporations. There was a brilliant article posted on this site regarding the failed U.S.-led coup in Venezuela and the advanced warning that the Chavez government received by the head of OPEC that a coup was in the works. You can browse the site if you wish to explore the matter further.
