Hi Mark. I am not up-to-speed on the goings on re: the Bhopal plant in India, and the use of "Nim". If you can provide a link I'd be happy to learn more about it however. Privatization of the "global commons" is going to be an interesting debate to watch over the next decade. Particularly where battle lines are drawn between indigenous peoples and global corporations.
