I'll try one more time. I DO dispute that the Republican leadership in Nevada is united in opposition to Yucca. You may find a few that still want to fight it, and a few who don't. But most recognize the whole controversy as the manufactured drivel of liberal propaganda that it is. I am saying that they are SILENT about that-because the PROPAGANDA, even though complete bullshit, has been successful. See as X-Ref: Nazi Germany and Stalinist Russia, to name a few...

The final leg of my massage is that Bush and Rove have taken steps to finally lay to rest the propaganda movement against Yucca (which has cause such incompetent legislators as Harry Reid to make Senator) by making it a done deal during a relatively unimportant election year in Nevada. Thus Bush said he'd base his Yucca decision on "sound science". He has been called a "liar' by the local journalistic Bolshevik. But the validity of the science of the project has been settled for 20 years, and Nevada has been made to live in denial by the tawdry propaganda of a few journalists and political hacks. They have also hired every charlatan and pseudo-scientific opportunist in the world to tell them what they want to hear about Yucca. That waste of time and money may continue for a short while, but the propaganda wolf of Yucca Mountain has now been rendered toothless, and will ultimately limp off to die. Ironically, Bush and Rove also got the POLITICAL SCIENCE right on Yucca. But they do that a LOT, and that's why the left really hates them...
