You have to be packaged, and that is up to a packager. Brokers will do that for clients sometimes I used to do that and it is a pain. I won't put anyone in on top of a major investor, as it is a complication for them. And chasing 20 people to get on PP is a waste of time, except at flow through times. Some people are pros at this. I would rather look for the guys who can plunk down major cash. They never lose in these things as in a bull market they usually can take a premium at the end of 4 months. Cheifly they are looking for a market support mechanism in place. This hurts the little guys as who is the guys who will eat and shoot back out all that stock at 1.50? He has to have some trapline.

Still if one can get a group together for about 15K apiece you can sell in 4 months. Its up to you. This one guy needs 750K to get back listed and his stock is ten cents. He has good support on the market when he gets going and he used to be TSE senior listed. I figure he will sell for 35 cents in the winter and there is a good chance he will get his 6 million.
