No, it is just another argument with no resolution. You say there is no evidence. But at a minimum, Bin Laden has been tied to the '93 WTC bombing, the United States embassies in Tanzania and Kenya, the bombing of the Cole. In addition, he has CLAIMED responsibility for the Black Hawk Down incident (although Bill Clinton probably was more responsible) and the Khobar bombing in Saudi Arabia, as well as WTC 9/11.

So, I suppose you can argue there isn't any "evidence", and since there hasn't been a f*ing trial yet I guess neither you nor I would know. But I do know he is wanted by the FBI and there is a $25M reward on his head. Since he is a fugitive, I'll assume he is guilty -- although I'm certain you would want to give him the benefit of the doubt.

If he is caught perhaps you'll go his bail. What can I say?
