true, but you could be sure that the largest holder in the company (VA Partners) won't be selling the 1.2 million shares that they purchased at around $15 a share... at least i hope not...

i don't know about the remaining 48 million shares entering the float...

According to MSO's SEC filing DEF 14A, Martha owns almost 31 million shares. She is down over $10/share. Ouch
