War is war. While we worry about "legal decorum," the enemy is not. You're right, we shouldn't just go in there like some buckaroo. But it's all too easy for countries who don't have the ability to try and force restraint on those who do. Tenchusatsu, we are supposed to be of a higher standard.......we don't have the luxury of going around toppling gov'ts and hanging dictators without legal justification. After all, what would that do to our credibility as the leader of the free world? ted
