Jim,

"I think so. I think RK wants to be in a draw when the news hits"

No doubt the Amigos were there today. However, there has not been a draw yet where the Amigos were not around for at least a day or two after the official draw period ended. They always seem to have a few shares left to clean up afterward, just as they always seem to be around shortly before the draw actually begins. The only way to tell if we have started another draw is to wait another couple days.

If we are in another draw, I have a similar interpretation as you. I do feel that AW will be around even after FDA and that she will use them for interim money until the Nasdaq listing.

With FDA approval, price and volume will rise substantially. To raise $1 million, if we are trading at $10, would only require 100k shares, as opposed to over 300k now. Rebecca could raise $10 million by selling Acqua 1 million shares. With the volume, post FDA approval, those shares would be easily absorbed by the market.

I know this may sound strange and like wishful thinking, but I do believe that starting another draw now may be positive. RK is not stupid and knows the pressure that another draw would put on the price. For this reason, I am sure that if she has started another one, she has confidence that she will have some news to boost the price and volume soon. IMO, staying with AW only makes sense if we are getting FDA soon. In the absence of FDA, a private placement makes much more sense right now - RK has been hesitant to go that route right now despite many offers.

Jim, Joe

Thanks for your thoughts on a possible draw. I must admit the unrelenting pressure on the stock price and the dip below three again made me reach for the alka seltzer yesterday.

But upon reflection, of course ensuring a secure flow of cash for the company is the prudent thing to do.

Logic suggests that although one hopes for the FDA sign off, sooner rather than later (the sooner the better IMO)anything could happen to cause a delay until September or October. Of course, one can expect HC not to be a ground breaker, and wait until FDA approves before they jump on the bandwagon.

Then of course there will be all the cash requirements for WF10 and so on...

I never thought the day would come when I would want to see the signs of a draw - but I guess it has.

Cheers

E
