You bring up a new idea.

If WF10 results are what we think they may be, it may even negate the necessity of listing on NASDAQ!

But with great WF10 results, I'd like to have a listing on NASDAQ! At least our southern neighbours aren't shy in pricing the stock. They'll lead the Cdn prices on TSX. I think Cdn stocks, priced on the TSX, in general are way discounted from net present value. Vastly different on the american exchanges. Of course my point can be debated, the american bull and bear markets do hit extremes.

Here's another idea. Sell Pennsaid, the plant, and the entire Canadian Sales force associated with Pennsaid to a large pharma for a decent price (doesn't have to be long drawn out get only the highest price). A simple auction facilitated by the brokerage community may garner many buyers. This reduces cost to manageable level. Divest the headaches of getting to market.

Funnel the money into WF10. Timing-wise Phase III data analysis nearly done, NDA to follow. This time with more experience in hand to take WF10 to market, focused initially in the USA only. Approaching Canadian, EU or Asian regulatory bodies only after FDA approval, and a Naz listing. May not need to go with a Partner under this scenario.

Flame on!
