You might be right.

There is nothing certain here, though the hard information which is available suggests that Saddam has significantly less military power than he did in '91 while we have improved ours by orders of magnitude since then. It is the only thing I base my "cakewalk" guess on.

I disagree, Iraq will topple easily once we are in position.
From what i have read and listened to, our pilots have all had training in the no fly zone, they know the territory well. The ground troops and battle plan will be precise and efficient. I also think we will be busy with a few other countries once we get established in the region.
