It appears there is an excess of dollars as well as cuts that have aided the housing market. For me it is difficult to understand as San Fran the housing affordability index has now gone beyond the means of 83 percent of the people. Yet, there are cut backs in employment in the the SI valley.

In LA housing cost is increasing along with unemployment figures right now they are above 7% 7.3 to be exact. The people employment figures are not showing increases but the housing figures are, things are making no sense.
