Yeah, I knew you would hate that definition, and attack the source. I pulled up a lot of definitions when I did this google, a few months ago. The others did not disagree with it, they just disguised the definition with a lot of extra verbage. Here is another clear definition from Stanley Grenz in "A Primer on Postmodernism:"

>>[Postmodernism] affirms that whatever we accept as truth and even the way we envision truth are dependent on the community in which we participate . . . There is no absolute truth: rather truth is relative to the community in which we participate. <<<
( Grenz, S. J., A Primer on Postmodernism (Grand Rapids: Cambridge University Press, 1995), p. 8.)

I doubt if you will like Grenz's definition, even if he is considered an authority in the field. He is saying that there is no objective truth, everything is relative.
