Correction: we used to have. Not anymore. We're told it's something about a "war on terror", tho', so it's ok. Those darn checks and balances by the Supreme Court and Congressional Whores just got in the way, anyway. That's why we have checks and balances, and the 2nd amendment MSI, you sound hysterical. There is no "used to" to it. To protect the Constitution of the United States is precisely why we have a "war" on terrorism, and why another brave American gave his life yesterday. Terrorists would abolish our Constitution completely if they had their way. Precisely what is your problem other than being totally PO'd over who is in charge. We already know where you stand on that issue. M
