Tip, I find the funniest part is when folks say, "she used to be a broker, so she can't claim ignorance." Hey, if I were in trouble, I would use my brokerocity as proof that I was ignorant. <g>

What blows me away about the Martha Steward investigation is that the Merrill assistant broker is given immunity for telling the government that he called her to give her inside info that she used to sell her shares. Who made that decision while standing on his head?
