Not necessarily. There is also the doctrine of futility to contend with. Having read a large body of Krugman's work one can reasonably conclude that he is a biased moron and further exposure to such trash could lead to nausea, headaches, etc...... Ergo, since it is highly unlikely that anything substantive could be gleaned from works by that author, it is futile to attempt to do so.....
