The operating numbers look good. 30%++ increase in transactions, subs, etc.

BUT . . . The emphasis on ProForma makes me nervous. Their real earnings should be forthcoming with those kind of volumes, but the earnings are just not there. When will they figure out how to make money in this business?

I continue to sit on the sidelines and wait for CKFR to make some money. Unless the CC is very positive I predict a haircut tomorrow.

40 million Buyback, got to love that. I think they should take the whole 100 million transpoint gave them and buy back all the shares that they gave them. 40 million is a good start.
