The fed sell-off has surprised me somewhat. I thought it was common knowledge that there would be no move. Dow & SPX are still holding the ST uptrend- I'll stay bullish as long as that continues.

There is certainly a chance that we can go lower. I believe that the risks being long here are low. Not zero, mind you, but very low- lower in fact, than it has been in many years. Probably since 1995 or so.

Yet, nearly everyone is behaving as if the risks are higher than they have been in years. I believe you call that negative reinforced behaviour, but I aint no psychologist. <g>
