Whose behavior?....Clinton or Starr's or Newt's or Burton's or Barr's or Hyde's or the congressman from Louisiana or.... and btw, Bill and Hillary Clinton are still married so why is (was) his sex life(s) any of your damned business?? And since it was none of your damned business, why was it any of Starr's business??? The American people all knew he was unfaithful and we still elected him President two times. The American people would have done it again in 2000 if he would have been able to run and you sex freaks all know it and it drives you nutty.

Watch out...hopefully there is sex in the Halliburton/Harken scandals. Happy times will be back again for you sex nuts. And this time we can all join in the fun. We have learned our lessons well!!!
