Well, actually, the explanation I was given, was that if their layoff's are below a certain percentage (10% or 5%, can't remember), then they do not report it, and it stays internal. It sounds like they broke up the layoffs into smaller chunks in order to avoid reporting them.

The interest in this stock has died yesterday and today has died. There are moments that their is simply no transactions at all, and sometimes as low as 100 only; with the exception of occasional spikes of trade. Basically, the volume has become so low.
