IMO, it is myth that one can continue ad infinitum to sell "information" as if it was a tangible good. Eventually the information runs out, or is not needed or relevant --- and then?

Meanwhile, the industrial production of other nations eg China has become increasingly efficient while that in the US has dwindled.

Therefore, in the first instance, the US is wedded to the industrial production of those countries and, in the second instance, those nations, and not the US, will eventually decide what their goods are worth --- and the US will have to pay.

In fact, what I see happening is a global conflict between finance capitalism and industrial capitalism.
