Edit: This was supposed to be a PM to you but I see I posted it. Oh well. I have no secrets. Now you all know I am one of those people who actually calls and votes. _____________ I just voted 7 times-- well, at least I kept pressing redial and it kept saying "thank you for voting for contestent #1". I was just curious. Really. I wasn't trying to cheat or anything. I admit that Tamyra was outstanding tonight, but I am not ready to defect from Kelly's camp yet. I thought Nikki was beyond dreadful, and wasn't that just so sad when they showed her little boy sobbing at the end. I guess he thought she was bad too. Dan watched it for the first time all the way through with me-- he felt sorry for me since Ammo was at that party and I was talking to Myers about the contestants. I guess he doesn't realize there was nothing odd about that; I talk to the cat all day long. He got mad though at the end because-- people manager extraordinaire that he is-- he said they should have been positive with the losers. They should say to Nikki "you are very talented, look how far you've come! only- well, the others are more talented and are going further" or something RJ was sweetblah- Justin was blahteensexy- although I thought he handled Simon charmingly. And Hey, how about that RJ! Waving off Simon?! Showing a little attitude! No more Mr Nice Guy! You go, RJ. I was wrong about you! Next week he is appearing as RJ the Hulk. Bubba J. Maybe he and Randy can armwrestle. Then he can smash a beercan on Simon's head and make a rude bodily noise at Paula. Oh-- they did a piece on our local news right after about Kelly. Ha! I have now seen her bedroom and met her 7th grade choir teacher! Take that, Woman Who May Have Once Spa'd With Randy! Ammo called me from his party. Actually I was in the process of redialing the 8th time, while waiting for the news segment on Kelly and wondering how many times they would let me vote, and instead of "Thank you for voting for---" I got, "Hello? Mom? Stop dialing in my ear." I had this brief, disorienting thought that somehow Ammo was working the phones for AI. I was so embarrassed at being caught redialing,I stopped calling after that, or I might have added 30 or 40 more votes for Kelly. My prediction is that Nikki should go. But that final shot of The Crying Child might get some sympathy votes. Who wants to be responsible for traumatizing a four year old?
