Atin ...

>>>>>do your stops move in one direction only

yes,.... and no ... gggggg
MOSTLY only in one direction *(increasing the profit, needless to say)
but, sometimes, when there is already a fairly large profit in hand, I'll let the stoppers slide and stretch some in the wrong direction.... BUT not often ...

>>>>which timeframe (1 min, 5 min etc) your stop is off as you do the stopper revisions

I'm not as dedicated as you, unfortunately.
Therefore my "stuff" is highly esoteric and subjective.
I guess the most simple and correct answer to that question is ===== all of them .... ggggg
when I have a profit made, say of ten points or thereabouts, the thirteen min is my line of first attention ...

when I start from scratch on a new position ... no SAR to get me there ...
the hundred will get me alerted
the sixty will improve my focus
the smaller time frame ones start to develop my plan
and
then, I always start by a move in the one minute .... (either direction)

then, as I posted before
the two takes over
then the larger sized time frames come into play ...

should I be limited to ONLY one --- I wouldn't trade ...gggg
but
the 13 is a vital one FOR ME ...

>>>>>But I think it would get hard for me personally since I sit in front of the computer watching the real time charts and the first retracement on the 1 minute chart would make me get out nonetheless

Paddy taught me to have a bit of patience .... dang, can that man trade effortlessly ....

BUT it is still verrrrrrry difficult for me to start to see a position reversing the travel of the proper direction to increase my profit and contiune to let it ride for a diminution of them ..... verrrrrrry difficult .... ggggg
but, I adhere to the stoppers in a fairly rigid manner to assist me in that patience area that Slevin has showed me to have such strong merit

thanks for the nice compliment, but you can learn a vast amount more from T on trendvue than you can from an old dummy like me ....
