can't believe Jesus would approve of capital punishment.

NOW you are talking about an innocent man that walked to his own execution voluntarily.

BTW, I am not against stopping the death penalty, if the state voted in a viable option. How about you volunteer to take a few of these convicts in and set them straight, you are dead set against the death penalty, so you'd do that wouldn't you?

The only reason I would be against the death penalty is that it is cheaper to keep a creep alive than to execute him. Although if states elect execution, it doesn't bother me at all.
