I might be the only person on SI who ever asked Ah (and knows the answer) as to why he is so adamant in his stance on short term trading. Everyone always argues that they are doing what he claims can't be done. What can be done over a short time frame and what can be done consistently over a long time frame is very different. He simply has the perspective of a longer time frame then you do. The sad part about the human experience is the inability of most people to learn from the mistakes of others. People have this almost irrepressible urge to learn things first hand. But what it boils down to, what it is that is bothering you about him isn't what he is saying but how he is saying it. Frankly, I'd rather someone deliver the truth harshly then falsehood with a smile and pat on the back.
