What I found " strange " , in a deja vu kind of way , was if you removed the references to dates and personalities from some of these documents, you would almost think they were sent recently!

Even some of the personalities are the same -- Arik Sharon, Shimon Peres and Yasser Arafat were alreay major players in 1967. The Arab governments have all remained practically immobile, but their personalities have changed only through death -- Mubarak followed Sadat who followed Nasser, King Abullah followed King Hussein, Bashar Assad followed Hafez al Assad, etc.

Definitely plus ca change, plus c'est la meme chose.
