Gosh I had better warn my youngest (24) son. He just bought a new house for his bride.

Markets are roiled.

The economic indicators while mixed are mostly good.
Interest rates are low.
Inflation is low.

And the less free stuff is absolute baloney....War creates deficits. Name one that did not.
