Jim, Re: Now the near term for investors becomes even more treacherous as the fed has left the door open for a surprise rate cut. Thoughts of making money by shorting the market carry much larger risks. Getting caught short when the fed announces a rate cut could be expensive. What are the chances that a rate cut would have more than a day and a half effect on the indexes?...jj so i figure the next time they need a sucker run you will hear the "surprise rate cut is coming".....just enough to get shorts scared again and add more bagholders.....
